Have you ever wondered why the general activity on the forums has radically began to change ever since Hoogiman’s visits became more scarce? How the forum could become either a hive of activity or a barren wasteland since the Baccalaureate started? Well, I have the answer. This website is not real. This is a product of Hoogiman’s imagination, instigated while he was in a coma for non-study intensive reasons. The imaginary site became more stabilised once heavy medication was applied. This is why the posts have been more refined than completely insane. And thus, Hoogiman is able to live out his fantasy of being a dictator of a small group of people, entirely through his own mind.
If you have noticed, early posts in the site’s younger years were of a bafflingly deluded quality. This was while Hoogiman was suffering, casting off all of his mental aggression. Why else would Peach and Luigi, among others, frequently be killed in scenario after scenario in each topic? From about 2008 onwards, as Hoogiman’s neural patterns stabilised, the posts became more normal and the members Hoogiman created for himself settled into roles, allowing his subconscious to remodel and take control of his desires. Unfortunately, Hoogiman will damage his mind severely were he ever to realise this truth and escape his coma. In order to prevent this, he is erasing or ‘banning’ his imperfections or ‘members’ one by one until he can come to terms with who – or what – he really is.
This explains why other members can change emotionally in the way they post, but Hoogiman rarely acknowledges things, instead bottling his feelings with some kind of archaic Jigglypuff symbol. The forumwide dictatorship can be explained by the fact that this forum is his fantasy; he dreamed of a group of slaves commanded by him to keep the site going, prolonging his mental state. It explains why he designated different parts of his psyche to different countries, yet demanding that they all conform to the same rules.
Familiar figures from his video games are also acted out through the troubled Hoogiman; Jigglypuff and Ganondorf being two of his favourites. Those two personas represent Hoogiman’s insanity, maintaining the stability of his fantasy cyber-world. This is why when he creates a new topic for his mind to dwell on, the two video game characters are featured in the post, as if to validate Hoogiman’s reasons for doing so.
Hoogiman’s members are aspects of himself he can enjoy, yet still keep himself distanced from. His imaginary brothers, Tikitikirevenge and Gooey, represent qualities he finds negative in himself though, but he is gradually coming to terms with them, growing closer with his fake ‘family’, if you will. Tikitikirevenge represents his latent intelligence, seeking refinement over the traditional insanity. Gooey on the other hand, is Hoogiman’s youth, which he casts aside as a brother due to his desire to become older and move up past the need for work, evolving past his study-coma.
IStalkKirby is Hoogiman’s handsome, charming, sweet, vain, glorious adult-oriented side. When the forum started up, he envisioned a rather child-friendly environment for his mind to roam free in. Unfortunately, in 2007, the third year of the coma, Hoogiman reached the age where he would need to create an outlet for the slightly more offensive side of himself. Since Hoogiman will never live to grow older, IStalkKirby frequently fluctuates between an incredibly suggestive or offensive post (usually ending in *is banned* to represent Hoogiman’s suppression of these ideas) and a dry, witty barb of a post. IStalkKirby isn’t just Hoogiman’s adult-rated side, he is also his cultural awareness. Hoogiman crafted Australians to be familiar figures, Americans due to the overkill of Americans in the media, and a Scottish man to show his awareness of the outside world. However, as time goes on, IStalkKirby’s posts become traditionally more American, and he frequently talks about hating his homeland. This is because Hoogiman cannot handle cultural awareness in his current state of mind.
Razzkat is an image of Hoogiman’s feminine side. This is why she was featured so prevalently from the very beginning of the coma. She is imagined to reside in America rather than Australia to represent the idea that Hoogiman distances himself from anything considered ‘girly’. It is quite possible that due to the coma lasting around four to five years, Hoogiman has quite forgotten if he is in fact, a man or a woman. Since Razzkat is the most prominent female figure in the coma world of the forums, it can be assumed that Hoogiman believes that if he is a girl, he would in fact be her. Razzkat is thought of as one of the oldest members to symbolise Hoogiman’s belief that women are more mature than men. But in practice, he could not cope with this belief and so began maturing his own posts, shifting IStalkKirby’s posts from in-your-end-o...innuendo...to dry wit, and even maturing the posts of Gooey, his youthful side.
Crystalicos was the next female image, she represented Hoogiman’s perception of women his age, and she worked for a long while, allowing him to become more aware of what women the same age as him were like. Eventually though, during the maturing stage, Crystalicos became less and less frequent as age became nothing more than a number.
Eternal Smasher was a vehicle for Hoogiman’s competitive instinct. He imagined him with metagame-worthy skills regarding Super Smash Bros Brawl, a mutual interest shared by all the mind fragments. As Hoogiman grew older however, Eternal Smasher became less prominent too, possibly showing that Hoogiman is developing his sense of competition, and no longer requires a separate fragment for these feelings.
Turq is Hoogiman giving himself a chance to experience conflict. Since he imagined Razzkat as an alternate version of himself, and Crystalicos as a ‘training wheel’ to display what other girls are like, he created a more aggressive female, one that harvested animosity towards him. Eventually, this fragment was banned, representing Hoogiman’s triumph over his inner conflict.
Joeb was a possible future for Hoogiman that he discarded. This future portrayed Hoogiman as deranged, violent, and mentally unbalanced. Joeb is the most notable of the fragments Hoogiman casted away, as the other fragments usually refer to him as ‘dead’. Joeb was momentarily reprised when it became apparent that the idea of death was harmful to the rest of Hoogiman’s psyche.
Fargus obviously represents Hoogiman’s insecurities, hence the topics dedicated to his antics, including plagiarism of Hoogiman’s own work. This shows that Hoogiman is uncomfortable with his own imagination, and is constantly reworking it with different characters. It is for this reason that Fargus has several aliases. The number of Fargus topics shows that Hoogiman desperately wants to find him and confront those insecurities, even to the point of turning all the other fragments against Fargus. Even the brother figures of Tikitikirevenge and Gooey are against Fargus. They want to confront Fargus and hand it over to his other personalities. But they will never succeed, because Hoogiman is terrified of the thought of his insecurities being made easy for the characters he has created to find.
Other figures such as Skyler and Nota are also used as parts of Hoogiman’s higher mind, surfacing on rarer occasions. Their rare appearances are indicators of the progress he is making in his coma, and the trauma he is overcoming.
Hoogiman has issues with his anger, so he put his anger into the character of an American to distance it, and demonized him. Whether or not there is an actual ‘yellowkirby’ is up for debate, but is plain to see that he is the catalyst for all of the anger and irrationality. Hoogiman’s inner trauma manifested itself as an angry little boy, due to his fury that he suffered such a deep coma at such a young age. This is why Yellowkirby is in the forum of the mind the most, and why he berates new fragments as much as he does, and why the new fragments in turn keep trying to please him. Another thing to notice is the use of colour; Hoogiman’s anger is the only fragment with a colour in its name. Yellow is traditionally a happy, free spirit of a colour, representing the hope that eventually Hoogiman will overcome his anger problems and accept the newer aspects of his mind.
Ripper is quite clearly Hoogiman’s naivety, not to be confused with his youth. Conflicts are frequently instigated between his naivety and his anger. However, given that his anger and naivety are theorized to be in love by his adult-rated side, Hoogiman must now struggle with implications of homosexuality. You'll remember that Gooey represents a younger version of Hoogiman, so Gooey traditionally avoids the conflict in the hope that if Hoogiman’s life were to repeat, there would be none of the confusing love/hate in his psyche. Ripper started becoming smarter to a degree as Hoogiman came to terms with the parts of himself that had fallen in love. But as this happens, Yellowkirby’s anger becomes more towards the naivety simply because it’s naive, rather than being towards the consequences of the naivety. This is the reason the lovers’ conflicts become more irrational. Hoogiman knows it's all a front and Yellowkirby and Ripper are really deeply in love, but he chooses to ignore it in order to better himself. When the love started however, Hoogiman temporarily banned his anger, showing that Hoogiman, in his efforts to escape his coma, is sabotaging the fragments that he wants to leave behind. The topics that focus on Yellowkirby and Ripper’s romance are Hoogiman attempting (and sadly failing) to humanize the fragments that constantly demonize each other. It's a way for him to deal with issues that he wouldn't normally touch, because it involves treading ground he himself had sworn not to go near.
As I implied, Hoogiman’s imaginary brothers can be viewed as alternate stages of Hoogiman’s life, hence why they are depicted as close to him. Tikitikirevenge is Hoogiman’s intelligence, he can expand his vocabulary and post content to represent what Hoogiman would be like in the outside world, were he not unconscious. Gooey’s existence as Hoogiman’s youth is an effort to have a second chance at childhood. Now Gooey also speaks in a manner befitting one much older than he is depicted, showing that no matter how hard Hoogiman tries in his mind, he will never relive his past. I believe the decision to manifest intelligence and youth as brothers is indicative of what Hoogiman feels are his most important assets in life.
ACT II is actually a stand in for Hoogiman’s morals, frequently delivered through cryptic messages. He is an American, distanced like the others, but only because Hoogiman himself is confused about what he really believes. The pressure of belief never actually made a large impact on Hoogiman; but in the real world he may be subject to share his family’s morals. ACT II is used to deliver philosophies through messages that appear insane on the outside, but actually have a further meaning, speculation on what life is like for Hoogiman’s forum-made mind.
The real-life companions to Yellowkirby (SRT and BluePichu) are Hoogiman attempting to work out the problems he has with his anger. To do that he first needs to validate true companionship for his anger to feel better about himself, and if his anger isn’t angry all the time it can become easier to abate.
If one recalls, there are symbols of video game characters used throughout the forum by all of the personality aspects. For example, a clear case to point out is the Jigglypuff symbol frequently used to denote indifference or completion, or the Toon Link symbol to horrify each member of the forum. But they don't matter to Hoogiman’s psyche so they don't come into play much. If Hoogiman had loved...Falco Lombardi, for example, the trademark symbols to hide emotion would depict Falco. But, as the coma goes on longer, we've been seeing less emotion-based symbols and more characters being used. This could be a sign of Hoogiman’s mind deteriorating. As he's in this coma, he's losing concepts of some thoughts and feelings and replacing them with character symbols. It could explain things like Samus and Captain Falcon or Ike being used to depict a man and a woman in a romantic setting. A sign that his memory of the old world is slipping more and more as time goes by. The forum realm will be idealized continuously the longer he has no stimulus from the real world. He may or may not be mentally deteriorating , but he is becoming more accustomed to his fake world's rules. The seemingly senseless use of the character symbols are his rationalizations of the functioning of the world. It's the ‘Screw It, It’s Fun’ Syndrome. If he doesn't know how it works, his post says Jigglypuff. He justifies anything he can't explain with character symbols, and real emotions fall into the background because he has no real interest in them.
The different kinds of forums on Hoogiman’s ‘site’ are his issues, for example the Spam forum represents his hidden sex drive. At first it was a cute distraction for the aspects of his mind to play around in, but once his anger and naivety fell in love it became a raging inferno of disobedience. Creating a new subforum represents acknowledging a new issue, but as he posts in them, he works said issues out. The New Site Discussion forum is Hoogiman’s unwillingness to change, this is reflected by the fact that very little changes have happened throughout the main components of his mind. The Evil Jigglypuff (or , again a hidden emotion) is his willingness to follow the lead of others, as evidenced by the fact that all of his mental aspects are depicted as moderators there. Even though Hoogiman runs this imaginary system, the members are viewed as one group, and Hoogiman’s subconscious just created a place to justify that. The Secret Mod Forum is his crushing loneliness, which he deals with by secluding it for the private use of only his closest mental aspects. The Community Fanfiction forums are his recklessness, as the scenarios the members portray frequently become derailed and insane.
The Articles forum is symbolic of Hoogiman’s willingness to change. As such, it is the newest addition to the coma world. Once his mind beat that roadblock down and allowed the world to change once, it gives him the chance to truly change for the better, eventually nullifying the need for a New Site Discussion forum. The General forum is a rationalization, a place where the mental fragments are encouraged to discuss the real world, because for all intents and purposes, Hoogiman is not going back.
The fanfictions created by the various members are also a way for Hoogiman to evaluate his mental state. The second any fragment of Hoogiman finishes a story, new ideas come up. Self-validation is used in the favourable ‘reviews’ given from aspect to aspect, which develops closeness between certain parts of the mind.
The reason Hoogiman embraces a fanfiction culture instead of a novel-based culture is because his mind would become more unstable were he to create more non-existent characters. Hoogiman wants to maintain his fantasy world and slowly sort his thoughts out carefully through his writing. The other part wants freedom, and to return to his real life, to finally become a real writer. It's basically his mind fighting itself, yearning to make his fantasy a reality. It would also be a good reason why Hoogiman has imagined the quality of the fanfiction made by strangers to deteriorate by this point, and he and his fragments have reclused into writing more scarcely: it's his mind's last ditch efforts to snap him out of this, to force Hoogiman to actually come to terms with the fact that this utopia is not the best option and he needs to wake up. Bad fanfiction writers are Hoogiman’s dark side, a unified entity that wants to push on even harder and harder, and the part of him that will stop at nothing to escape this coma world.
However, favourable reviews from complete strangers are ultimately the strongest part of this cycle. Giving Hoogiman the feeling that his stories are essentially godlike, they represent both what can be attained and what is unattainable. The Hoogiman of the fake world is what the real Hoogiman wants to be. He is the fulfilment part of his own mind. He succeeded, and settled down to a normal life in charge of the forum. Hoogiman needs to succeed in his own world or he won't be able to validate it and will start questioning why he's where he is. It's a subconscious trap to keep him from becoming too aware of his situation. His mind must have figured out that awareness of the coma would snap him out of it, but it would cause major brain damage, so it took something he already loved and built a way out for him with it. However Hoogiman is too complacent in his fantasy realm to finally fight his way out of it, and cannot escape.
Hoogiman’s different accounts are all possible futures he envisions for himself. This originated with the first Hoogiman, where he could build himself up as a godly dictator figure. The various members changed and developed to suit Hoogiman's vision of himself and ultimate desire, eventually settling down into a regular group of about six or seven. With Hoogiman content, his mind needed a new persona for him. Thus the births of the Jigglypuff account (the bubbly, friendly man he wanted to become) and the Ganondorf account (the surly rapper lifestyle he wished to embrace).
Jigglypuff’s account was another success story for Hoogiman, because he wanted to name his split personality within a split personality after the vehicle he used to block off his emotions. Ganondorf’s account is the polar opposite of Jigglypuff’s, Ganondorf wants nothing to do with the rest of the members, and is almost aware of his situation. He's always pushing for something more, conveyed through his thought-provoking raps and hatred of the Jigglypuff account.
The reason Hoogiman discards his emotions and feelings into different countries and genders is simple. He wants to travel and broaden his horizons, every time he reinvents himself by creating a new issue, he gives it a location to associate it with. His naivety can be found in Texas. His feminine side can be found in North Carolina. His anger can be found in Virginia, and so on. If Hoogiman ever escapes the coma he will achieve a perfect Zen state. Considering the amount of personal issues he deals with inside his head, it's entirely likely that Hoogiman is in fact the next Buddha, and the Baccalaureate and subsequent coma are a way for him to realize his true self, and destiny.
Even the appearance of the forum Hoogiman’s mind manifests evidences this. The black canvas and friendly Kirby-fish are his innocence. As one could see, it is very likely that Hoogiman is trapped in his world. But like every dream, everything, there is a beginning and an end. What would happen if Hoogiman could fully recover? What would happen if he never does? There are infinite branches of possibilities that spiral upwards and intertwine towards the top at a single point, both in his "world" and the real world. In his hospital room, we see Hoogiman’s mother, obviously distraught. She is talking to an experienced doctor, who looks grim and solemn. He's saying that their insurance is up, and the woman’s son has had no change in brain activity for years. They have no choice but to terminate his suffering. Hoogiman’s mother tearfully agrees.
Hoogiman’s father is there to comfort her as they take their son off of life support. No brothers are present.
Hoogiman has time for one last fantasy.
One by one, the people he has created start disappearing. The forums disappear. The emoticons disappear. Tikitikirevenge and Gooey are the last to fade. Hoogiman’s imaginary brothers grin at him for the last time.
Then there is the image of his gaunt, tube-fed, bed ridden body on the bed. His head appears bulbous from atrophy. As he utters his last words (Wells...can be used...to retrieve water...), he barely opens his eyes, seeing a silhouette of the figure at the centre of his turbulent emotions, his mother, her face obstructed by her hands wiping away tears. He makes contact with her eyes and lets out one last tear before losing all strength. She breaks down in hysterics.
The worst part of all this is that Hoogiman will die, never having experienced the real life implications of his attempts to change himself. Imagine having a fantasy world like this, completely shut off from all things but yourself, and your perception of yourself, with nothing to do but better yourself. No other people to interact with and issues to solve with no guiding hand. Your only companions are the ones you create.
Hoogiman will die, never having known his dream, except as naught but a dream. The second he gets out into reality for that last moment, part of him knows it was all a lie. His website? His friends? All his imagination, and maybe, he could have fought and clung to life, maybe even made a full recovery. But knowing that his efforts and ambitions had all been for naught, he just gave up and let the motion carry him away, just so he could be with his new self, in a place where his friends were waiting.
Still, there are other possibilities. The fountain of time flows in mysterious ways. One could not go back. But, one could never see what is waiting downstream. Perhaps Hoogiman does not die, but instead sheds all of his fantasy world, apart from one final figure.
Himself as he is in reality.
The weak-looking Hoogiman lying on the hospital bed quietly speaks to him, telling him that now he can finally escape the prison of his own mind. One by one, his mental devices appear again and melt away into more copies of Hoogiman.
And thus he will one day wake up, and we shall all cease to exist.

tldr version: This is all fake and Hoogi's insane.
So, Hoogi, are you going to front pagify this or should I just pack my stuff and leave now? _________________

That's open for interpretation. Class, you may write a paper ranging from five words to six thousand words explaining what and Whose Line represent in Hoogiman's mind!
Or Hoogiman himself can tell us. This is his fantasy, after all. _________________

All of those things are actually true, except for the part about the Jigglypuff and Ganondorf accounts. Dude, those are real people.
As a side note: I think maybe this is too in-joky for the casual viewer. I might make a fanmail section just for this???????
But seriously, stop following me around and attacking me like that.
Because I'm feeling really, really uh... uh...
