Get 70000 Wii Points. (Warning: If done incorrectly, Nintendo will actually downgrade your Wii to its first firmware version whether it's connected to the internet or not. To rectify this, you must lick the Mario Kart Wii disc (both sides), insert it upside-down, select the Disc Channel with a sideways cursor, beat the secret "Super Tingle World 2" minigame, unplug the Wii, sober up, plug it back in, and erase all of your data. Note that if this is done, the only games that will work for your Wii are Star Fox Adventures and Pokemon Snap.)
